Candid eye contact street photography from Glasgow, Scotland. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend of shooting folks - enjoy!
This weekend was our confirmation retreat. Back again at Koinonia after a long absence. Not a lot of kids on this one, but some nice photos.
Happy weekend everyone! Another photo from our Springtime camping weekend. This time processed with my very first, very own texture. How exciting. It was fun to do and I welcome any and all feedback. How do I make this better??
We're scorching here in the UK this weekend. High 80's and no a/c. No complaints from me though...Long live summer!
ps. that would be MY hat she claimed as her own! :)
Camping in the Summer of 1983. One image out of a couple of rolls of slide film I shot at the time.
This field was sold to the Corporation of London many years ago, who added it to Fernhills, a part of Epping Forest.
It's a scene which cannot be replicated today as it's become forestland.
Camping weekend in the UP of MI. Heading home today when it warms up alittle. 37° out. Beautiful colors we have seen.
Camp, consisting of two tents, a canopy, 4 chairs, and a lot of other stuff, is up. Saddle Mountain camping in far west Phoenix metro area, Arizona.
After being kicked out of the area near the hippodrome, a new camp has been sent up very near us. I spoke with one of the guys here who was very friendly and didn't mind me being with my camera. The scene is straight out of The Grapes of Wrath, no running water, no electricity, giant trash heaps (no trash pickup), and smiling people (for the most part).

My kids and I packed up and went camping in Keosaqua this weekend. There is something so refreshing about just getting away and being somewhere I can hardly get an internet signal. No distractions, just enjoying the outdoors, nature walks, playing and great times with my family! REFRESHED.
So this is the second year that we've set up camp at this small campsite. Unfortunately this year it was during a storm but we were committed! Two well set up Bell Tents and a vintage Hymer camper van. Apparently there was a power cut for 500,000 people whilst we were camping but we didn't notice!
Last year i got a great photo of the milkyway from the campsite(flic.kr/p/NbGHrC) but this year was more about making sure the tents stayed in place and the kids were entertained :)
Alabama Hills Camp, Lone Pine, CA.
The moon was too bright.
The Exped too comfortable.
The sleeping quilt was perfect.
Me and Lewis take a trip to The Roaches for a wild camp, location is within the forest after the rock cottage just before you work your way up to the middle and upper levels.
My first camping experience in my life. It was special to me because it was also the first time i shot something at dawn and was at a unique place called White Pocket. I was attempting to shoot the stars as background but the Moon was lit up that night.
Another one from last Saturdays camping trip into the local Campsie Fells with my two older children Ishbel & Alastair (who are the savages by the fire). Thanks to Eddie for the title. I love the long exposure sparks in this one but just wish the kids had sat a bit stiller for the 2 second exposure. To be fair they were really good sports posing for lots of similar shots.
