Being sick before and after England with no appetite and then three weeks without a blender in the UK, this is my first green monster of the year. It is sooooooo yummy and good for my tummy. I love you, frozen fruits. I love you, vitamix.
This County, created by Act of the Legislature Dec. 11, 1858, is named for Gov. Herschel V. Johnson. The County Site is named for John B. Wright, pioneer resident. Johnson, Governor from 1853 to ‘57, ran for the Vice Presidency in 1860 on the ticket with Stephen A. Douglas of Illinois. Among the first County Officers were: Sheriff Joshua Hightower, Ordinary Theophilus Christian, Clerk of Superior Court James W. Walker, Clerk of Inferior Court Richard Walker, Tax Receiver Madison H. Mason, Tax Collector Jacob T. Snell, Surveyor Wm. B. Snell and Coroner George W. Hammock.

Sitting in coffee shop waiting for company. Used Percolator, ToonPaint, Image Blender, and Camera+ to create this one. I like it, and it tasted good :)
Had to wake him up at 5am to hit the road for Florida with my mom. We're off for me to see my brother for the first time in 12 years and this little guy gets to meet his uncle in person. First time Thing One's ever been able to lie down in a car and snooze. Booster seats and a big brother sharing a seat in a van prevented this before.
Took this with my iPhone 4 from the 9th floor of Aalto University School of Art and Design. We had a break in the middle of a coal drawing session.

Governor Thomas William Hardwick, lawyer and statesman, spent most of his life in this city. Born in Thomasville, Dec. 9, 1872, he graduated from Mercer in 1892 and from Lumpkin Law School, U. of Ga., in ‘93, in which year he was admitted to the bar. He was Prosecuting Attorney for Washington County from 1895 to ‘97 and a Member of the Legislature from ‘98 to 1902. He served in Congress from 1903 to 1914 when he was elected to the Senate serving until 1919. He was Governor of Georgia from 1921 to ‘23 and appointed to the U.S. Senate Mrs. Rebecca Latimer Felton, the first woman Senator in U.S. history. He died Jan. 31, 1944.
