Countertop motivation is working.
I keep this on the counter and move a rock for every full pound lost when I do a weekly weigh-in on Saturdays. It's quite a motivator to make healthy choices when I see them on the kitchen counter. I purposely chose to label it pounds gone, not lost. Lost things are meant to be found again...I do not want to refind the weight.
