I saw this Cheese Rainbow Tortellini on sale and the price was too good to resist. $1.88 got me more than enough for two servings. I had it with some leftover Tomato-Chorizo sauce and it was pretty darn good!

Chen Ap, a braised duck, is my signature dish, passed down from my late mother.
It's usually made with a whole duck but I've been having trouble getting the right ingredients for years now. I decided to do these duck legs while testing an alternate ingredient.
Although it tasted pretty good, the overall flavour was close but not quite the same. Maybe it's an evolution of the dish?
