YAB was invited to go down to Idiosynphonic's event at Cable. The night was amazing, Document One, Skism and FuntCase played on the night. Unfortunately, I left early because of work the following day, but If you were there before 1:30am, you might be in the pictures!

11 August 2007 - The Cable Car Museum is located near the top terminal of the Wellington Cable Car passenger service. Open to the public displays include past cars as well as the winch equipment.

Just a random piece of equipment around the station.

oh, i couldn't wait. this has been in my queue for a short time, and i thought it could be a quick knit for the season.

 

the pattern is the aran vest from paton's _cables_ book #500846, knitted with paton's classic merino wool in chestnut brown.

 

it is a lot of chart chasing, with each of the stitch patterns and shaping happening at different intervals.
