In September of this year two of my friends and I will be swimming across the English Channel in an effort to raise money for the UK based charity Help for Heroes. It would be wonderful if anyone would like to donate to the cause.
You can find the link to donate here...

More about Help for Heroes:
Help for Heroes was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry in October 2007 out of a desire to help the wounded Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. The message of the charity is simple: We are strictly non political and non critical; we simply want to help. We believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better.

Power cable is used to power system of power transmission and distribution power cables . Such as the common operating voltage lower than 1000V rated low-voltage cables , rated operating voltage between 3.6 / 6 ~ 26 / 35kV medium voltage cables rated higher than the operating voltage 110kV high-voltage cables and the like . A bare overhead transmission lines are often used to save the cost of an insulating material , such as conductors ( ACSR , aluminum wire , aluminum-clad steel wire , aluminum stranded wire ) , soft wire , profile and profiles.
