Tugboat Meredith C. Reinauer pushing petroleum barge RTC 150 downbound on the Hudson River near Cold Spring, NY

Built in 2003, by Atlantic Marine of Jacksonville, Florida (hull #245) as the Meredith C. Reinauer for Reinauer Transportation Companies of Staten Island, New York.

She was the third ATLANTIC II Class ATB designed by Naval Architect Robert Hill of Ocean Tug and Barge for Reinauer Transportation.

The tug is powered by two Caterpillar 3612 main engines rated at 3,600 horsepower each taken at 900 RPM, turning two Rolls Royce new generation five bladed propellers for a rated 7,200 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by three Caterpillar 3306 99 kW generators at 1,800 RPMs. One generator is dedicated to the INTERcon coupler system.

The tug was constructed simultaneously with the 150,000 bbl double hulled barge the RTC 150 which was built in 2003, by Alabama Shipyard of Mobile, Alabama.

Skycraft Air Transport was created as a charter airline based in Oshawa/ON targeting the express air freight needs of the North American automotive industry. By the late 1980s the airline was operating a flying school and had diversified into the air ambulance, passenger charter and scheduled service markets. Its fleet ranged from the Cessna 150 and 172 through the Cessna 402, Piper Cheyenne and Beech 18 to the Embraer EMB 110 Bandeirante, Shorts 330 and DC-3. Its scheduled services included flights from Oshawa Municipal Airport to Ottawa; Montreal; Windsor, Ontario; and Detroit. The airline was notable for changing the type of aircraft operated on its passenger services to match the number of passengers booked for each flight.Skycraft's full colour scheme consisted of having the lower part of the fuselage painted in white or silver, the middle part painted with the red title of 'Skycraft', and the tail painted in white or silver, with a large letter 'S' in red and the Canadian flag, but many aircraft were operated in hybrid colour schemes..Skycraft filed for court protection in 1992. It subsequently obtained new financing and continued operations with a reduced fleet, but the new business plan was not successful. The airline finally shut down operations in February 1994.

Questair Inc was founded by Ed MacDonough in the mid 1980s. The Venture was designed by Jim Griswold, an engineer with Piper Aircraft and embodied technology used in the Piper Malibu. The distinctive layout of the design was intended to combine a large two-seat side-by-side cabin and rear baggage space with the smallest possible airframe in a highly streamlined design. This resulted in a good long range performance. The aircraft is of all-metal construction using pre-formed multi-curvature panels and is supplied as a kit to homebuilders. The Venture has a complex tricycle retractable undercarriage. The powerplant is a 310 hp Continental IO-550-G, designed specifically for the aircraft.

Maximum speed: 305 mph (491 km/h; 265 kn)

Début janvier 1899, C Pissarro emménage dans un appartement 204 rue de Rivoli, en face des Tuileries, et y restera jusqu'au 17 juin. Il exécutera 14 vues (PDRS 1251 à 1264) du Louvre et du jardin des Tuileries. Le froid revenu, il se réinstallera à la même adresse, à partir de la mi-novembre, et réalisera 14 nouvelles toiles de ces mêmes motifs, intitulant cette seconde campagne "deuxième série" pour la distinguer de la première.

Plutôt connu comme représentant de "l'impressionnisme rural", C Pissarro n'en est pas moins le peintre de Rouen par le nombre et l'importance de ses oeuvres (69 huiles sur toile, 54 pour C Monet dont 32 pour la série des Cathédrales en 1892-93).

Il va même, durant les dix dernières années de sa vie, se concentrer sur les vues urbaines de trois ports normands : Rouen (69), Dieppe (30) et Le Havre (24), soit environ 120 peintures, se hissant en définitive au rang du plus urbain des peintres impressionnistes avec plus de 300 tableaux, si l'on ajoute les 39 composés à Londres et surtout les 146 à Paris (C Durand-Ruel Snollaerts).
