44677 is a long time Caledonia resident, when new it received route 65 branding and was a regular on the route. This is one of the shorter versions of the 200MMC at 9.8 meters which was ideal for the 65's tight turns on the route. 44677 wore this branding till December of 2024 where it got de-branded back into Urban which it has wore ever since.
Had a short chat with Mr. Grow, cannot remember how exactly we got into it, but he told me something along the lines of managing the routine of driving people up and down Zion National Park knowing that he facilitates each and one of them to experience something incredible.

Let's not forget the shopkeepers, 'bus drivers, train drivers, road sweepers as well and those in the NHS and all those other workers who are out there each day!
Tucked away in the Western part of Assam state (North East India), the island of Majuli lies on the Brahmaputra, one of Asia's greatest rivers. It is home to different tribal communities, such as the Mising people, and is the heart of neo Vaishnavism, a tolerant and nonconformist Assamese movement initiated in the 15th century by social and religious reformer Sankardeva and his disciple Madhavdeva. Several sattras (monasteries), remain important centres of Sattriya art and culture, where Sakardeva's philosophy is taught and where different generations of Bhakats (artist monks) live in peaceful harmony.
But behind the idyllic peacefulness of this rural and spiritual watery world the reality is quite harsh. Much of Majuli's land keeps disappearing under water every year, as the Brahmaputra erodes the island faster and faster after each Monsoon. 'Majuli is in danger', everyone says and it is both hard and painful to imagine that the greedy Brahmaputra waters may soon submerge what was once the greatest river island in the world.

I was sitting beside driver seat of a Minibus. At Calcutta ( Kolkata ) in the state of West Bengal in India.
The couple's kiss isn't captured in this photo, but it happened. Meanwhile, the bus driver sits with his eyes closed and lips slightly pursed. Is he remembering a kiss of his own? Reflecting on romance? Or simply tired and taking a moment to rest? It's a quiet pause where the story feels open to interpretation.
Onomichi is the starting point (or destination) of one of the largest overseas cycling routes in the world. The Shimanami Kaido (Japanese: しまなみ海道) is a 60 kilometer long highway that connects Japan’s main island Honshū with the southern island of Shikoku through a bridge complex spanning nine islands. Check out the article with a photo gallery and an interview.

The Ritz, Piccadilly, London
A rubber-gloved No19 Bus driver puts his mask back on after having a sip of tea (or coffee) outside the Ritz whilst being required to wait at the stop because virtually no passengers meant buses would otherwise whizz up and down their routes.
These are miscellaneous “street photography” shots that I took with my iPhone6+ during the day. Nothing special about them — it was just what happened to catch my eye as I walked around the neighborhood on various errands…

There is a little story connected to this bowl. I bought in a
luxuary petshop at Monte Carlo to my first dog, Eros. It´s
Limoge Porcelain with handpainted sausages. At that time I worked as tourist guide in Italy and my mother took care of my dog. I don´t remember what I payed for it but I remember that my busdriver thought I was mad paying that much for bowl to my dog. My mother loved it and when Eros passed the Rainbow Bridge the other dogs were not allowed to use it. Now it´s placed on top on one of the kitchen cabinets.
London Country AEC Merlin MB403 (VLW403G) has stopped outside St. Albans Garage (SA) for a change of drivers before continuing on its way to Hill End Hospital. A downgraded RMC coach passes, arriving on a service from Hertford.
MB403 managed to avoid the en masse scrapping of its sister vehicles in the late 1970s, seeing further service airside at Gatwick Airport with Gatwick Handling. Scrapping duly came in 7/86.
