Arctic Ocean tour bus and driver.
Prudhoe Bay, North Slope, Alaska, USA.
Prudhoe Bay is the unofficial northern terminus of the Pan-American Highway and the Dalton Highway. The Bay itself is still 10 miles further north than a security checkpoint at the Prudhoe Bay oilfield, so open water is not visible from the highway. Tours to see the Arctic Ocean and the Bay itself must be arranged in advance (photo ID is required) .
An airstrip, lodging, post office and general store are all in Deadhorse; the oil rigs and processing facilities are located on scattered gravel pads laid atop the tundra.
Prudhoe Bay is a cold and often dark and cloudy place. It was named in 1826 by British discoverer Sir John Franklin after his classmate Captain Algernon Percy, Baron Prudhoe.

Our trip to Barra de Potosi was by public transit. Bus from Zihuatanejo to a road side stop at Los Achotes and a local bus from there to the beach. Our bus driver is not asleep or watching the road ahead. His bus was christened "Baby".
37219 was new to Glasgow in 2007 and was based out of Larkfield until its closure in 2015, where with the opening of Caledonia Depot and changes in the fleet, 37219 was moved to Scotstoun depot where it was branded into "The One" and was only seen on the 1D & 1C due to the low bridges in Dumbarton.
During Covid it would frequently move in-between Scotstoun and Caledonia Depots before being fully transferred back to Caledonia in 2022 where its been ever since.
Among drivers this is regarded as the best B9TL in service with Glasgow currently and I certainly have to agree.

Crazy to think this ALX is now in its 12 year in preservation at GVVT and is still going strong.
The bus driver finally arrives.. :D I bought him from a Thai seller. Glad he arrived safely before the work from home order.
Yes, the government has issued a work from home order for all companies. :( Starting today until further notice. So, here I am taking photos of minifigs rather than working. Haha! Still have a lot of pending work to be done, but I really have no mood to work... :((

A single decker bus driver pauses on Musselburgh High Street, framed by windscreen reflections that soften the moment into something quietly cinematic. The gentle exchange between passenger and driver sits in calm contrast to the monochrome palette, giving the scene a grounded, real but refined character.
Black-and-white tones deepen the stillness, while the familiar presence of Lothian Buses lingers through wipers, signage, and the intimacy of the cab. A fleeting everyday interaction, captured with the kind of honesty that turns routine into story.
