A Christmas Tree is a decorated tree, usually an evergreen conifer such as spruce, pine or fir, traditionally associated with the celebration of Christmas.
Christmas ornaments are decorations (usually made of glass, metal, wood or ceramics) that are used to festoon a Christmas tree. Ornaments take many different forms, from a simple round ball to highly artistic designs. Ornaments are almost always reused year after year, rather than purchased annually, and family collections often contain a combination of commercially produced ornaments and decorations created by family members. Such collections are often passed on and augmented from generation to generation.

This is usually what I've been seeing under my desk for the past week at work. The little feller all tuckered out.
Funnily enough when looking back on the litter pics ... the one pup that was always hanging out with his head drooping over the side was THIS same pup. lol.

Fawn tan male American Pit Bull Terrier with slight black mask and white markings on chest, muzzle and feet. His "smile" shows a lot of stress as it's pulled back into folds at the corner and the skin looks tight under his eyes.
The Owner has three working days to claim the dog or it will be euthanized due to breed as this city facility does not adopt out to the public. Stop the pit bull overpopulation!
My aunt's dog, Aries, waiting for "her people" to come home. Aries is a 13 year old bully breed/Labrador Retriever mix, and was adopted from a humane society many years ago.
His FIRST Christmas!!! Doesn't he just look soooo cute with his holiday collar?
He loves the jingle bells and just prances all over just to make them jingle. So cute!
Bubba's all grown up now. He snores, farts and he's pretty lazy. But he's extremely affectionate and a good boy.

The American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT) is a medium-sized, solidly built, short haired dog whose early ancestors came from England and Ireland. It is a member of the molosser breed group. The American Staffordshire Terrier and The American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT) by breed are from the same lineage; Staffordshires was the name given by AKC, and American Pit Bull Terriers by UKC. The real difference between the two breeds is 6 - 8" in height and 25 - 35 lb in weight; the American Staffordshire being the larger of the two.
The dog was bred first to bait bulls and bears. When bear-baiting and bull-baiting were deemed inhumane, rat-baiting and dog fighting became more popular. The APBT Breed was used in both sports, and its prevalence in being put in pits with rats, or other dogs led to "pit" being added to its name.
The American Pit Bull is medium-sized, and has a short coat and smooth well-defined muscle structure. Its eyes are round to almond shaped, and its ears are small to medium in length and can be natural or cropped. The tail is slightly thick and tapers to a point. The coat is glossy, smooth, short, and stiff to the touch. The accepted coat color can vary widely, but, both the AKC and UKC do not recognize merle coloring.
Twelve countries in Europe, as well as Australia, Canada, Ecuador, Malaysia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and Venezuela have enacted some form of breed-specific legislation on pit bull-type dogs, including American Pit Bull Terriers, ranging from outright bans to restrictions and conditions on ownership. The state of New South Wales in Australia places restrictions on the breed, including mandatory sterilization. A few counties, and cities in the United States as well as the Province of Ontario in Canada, have outright banned ownership of the American Pit Bull terrier, and the breed is banned in the UK. ~ Wikipedia®

Their cousin Sadie came to visit. She's going to be staying when her parents go to Denver for Christmas. She was here to get used to all our dogs. (Only the girls are hanging out in this picture).

I came downstairs this morning to find Rooney sleeping in this position. I have no idea how this can be comfortable in the least but I guess he thinks it is!

Flickr hasn't been working off my phone lately for some reason :( hense the lack of updates.
Have been very busy with studies. Daley is doing well. Staples are out of his leg. Still being crated. X-rays are in 4 weeks time. He has two lumps on his muzzle above his nose that I've just noticed. I know this breed is prone to lumps and bumps but he's so young, now i'm worried about that :|
Well cared for blue male American Pit Bull Terrier with natural rose type ears and white blaze markings. He has 3 days to be reclaimed by his owner or he will be euthanized due to the facility's policy of not adopting out APBTs. Even blue bully type pit bulls are killed in shelters across the country, as looks and pedigree mean nothing here. Stop the pit bull overpopulation!
