This was only built because I originally made the weapon system/platform as a tablescrap. Getting back into building is harder than I thought it would be, but just got to keep practicing.
The eastbound Empire Builder has just crossed BNSF's new Washougal River bridge in Camas, Washington. Kiddo and I were on the way home from Dairy Queen when we got this shot.
With the Builder running so late it actually aloows for some nice light on the far western end of Marias Pass. Here No. 8 scoots into Bad Rock Canyon. That's Highway 2 in the foreground (if I took that east it would take me home to Duluth, but I found Delta to be much faster and safer).

I am refinishing these photos in Lightroom 5! She was a tall, thin, fit, athletic goddess and classic california beach babe! A pretty brunette with brown/hazel eyes and long black hair! Amazingly scuplted and toned body, abs, quads, legs, calves, biceps and more!
Shot with a Panasonic DMC-FZ50--a nifty little camera that still had a CCD in it, instead of the cmos sensor! It's close to Micro 4/3 and the Leica lens/ glass is awesomely sharp!

The Empire Builder on this second to the last day of 2017 is running about four hours late as it kicks up some light snow passing thru Minneapolis in -10 degree weather.
The NRHS convention is over and I begin my trip back to SoCal by way of the Empire Builder to Seattle.
The last surviving Great Northern S-2 can be found in Havre Montana.

You have no idea how long it took me to train the little fellas! Weight training, too - those little squares of card are pretty big for an ant! I never did manage to get them to hold them all the right way up though - there's only a very small brain in your average body-building ant =/

This shot was taken in 2012. This store was opened in 1992 as a Builders Square home improvement store. Kmart Corporation also operated a Super Kmart adjacent to this store until 2003. Home Depot moved in to the store after Builders Square closed.
