Does it ever seem like some people get all the attention from mosquitoes? Research suggests these insects have discriminating tastes when it comes to their victims. www.greatist.com/health/why-do-some-people-attract-mosqui.... Illustration by John Block

Defining Gel, also known as liquid gold!! Is the sister product to the ultimate body applicator to help maintain, enhance and maximise your results. It improves the skin texture and tightness to reduce the appearance of skin slackening.

The reason it's known as liquid gold? Because you can use it for all sorts of things

💚 acne

💚 dry skin

💚 eczema

💚 sunburn

💚 burns

💚 diaper rash

💚 varicose veins

💚 bug bites

💚 rashes and so much more!!!

I myself have used it for dry skin patches that no matter what I used, nothing made a difference. With using the defining gel it's almost completely gone.

I've also used it on bug bites and it worked a treat 😍

One side looking forward, the other looking back. Which side are you?

Suki is a dumb-dumb and doesn't chase the bugs away when she's outside. Of course when I went to go on vacation to Vancouver she got an infection from the hot spot on her chest. She's visibly lost weight but she looks a lot better and even her eyes are brighter! I'm glad to be home with her again and see she's healing.

This is only about 20% of total bites acquired so far on this trip. Meghan has ZERO. FML.

The mosquitos got me!

That is a bug bite on my shoulder.

Bumblebee is now being chased off the table by new acquisitions from the dealer room and autograph signings. Almost no room left. Highlight is the white Bumblebee looking figure, 2007's evil Bugbite, who came sealed from the "Let's Make a Deal" session. Not shown is a third set of attendee exclusives Jessica was able to buy for resale.

A few more shots from Strumpshaw Fen. It was a humid and dull day and so the upset, flying, small residents of the woodland area took out their anger on 'er indoors!

thanks, nature.

I got that from my flea-ridden hotel in Pelling. If you can, make visiting Pemayangste a day-trip, as there's not much else in Pelling.

rachel & sequoia spent four hours @ the kaiser urgent care to verify that this is an allergic reaction to a bug bite and not anything to do with the two recent incidents where he banged his head. the protrusion from his forehead and browline doesn't photograph very accurately, but everyone from daycare teachers to doctors concur that he looks like a klingon with the swelling.

some bug bit my foot. haha i have one fat foot.

Life size pair of cute cherries, hand-sewn by me. Imagine that...

A couple of days ago I got a bug bite, then it seemed infected, then it seemed weird. Fortunately, I had Nuk to help me worry about all sorts of interesting possibilities. He came up with radiation poisoning, rat poisoning, poisoning by rats, listening to old tapes of Poison and a host of other suggestions. Nuk lives to worry. I told him he could go with me to the urgent care clinic to see what was going on with my leg.

While their universe was crumbling down around them, a few Go-bots escaped into the Transformers universe. Bug Bite was part of a strike team sent to investigate and prevent the destruction of Gobatron and it's reality. When the mission objective failed, Bug Bite changed his goals to revenge.

Crasher was part of the last groups to escape. She tended to fall in love with anyone she views as strong. Her last love interest from Gobatron, was strong of will, if weak of body, and died when they crashed on Cybertron. Megatron found her, and allowed Bug Bite to rebuild her into Fracture.

Leader-1, the leader of the Guardians, barely survived crash landing on Cybertron. He was not as fortunate as Crasher, the Minicon colony that found and rebuilt him, didn't realize his organic components were important, resulting in a nearly lobotomized version of the once great Leader.

The forest was teeming with mosquitos of a very determined kind. The group went hunting for Royal Flycatchers and other stuff while I bivaqued inside my Gore-Tex jacket with the hood up. Sitting on a bench, waiting for something to happen, besides bugbites.

And something came along; this wasp and its prey. Both brightly orange in colour.

The destruction of nature by man can be far too excessive, but we have already burned our footprints into the globe.

** This photo was entered in a state-wide and district-wide art show, it was an honor to be among such amazing artists, I hope I can be in the show next year.

I used the light to enhance the emphasis on the feet in the creek. It also makes for a beautiful clouded look on the edges of my photograph. The soft light in this image also nourishes the texture.

To take the picture we hiked over to a nearby creek a little after golden hour. I had my younger sister stand in the water bare foot and took a group of photographs. When editing, I lightened the feet and got rid of some of the bugbites on her ankles.

I would of liked to clear some of the pebbles off of her toes and add some add more lighting effects. I would of also liked of added more principle of design.

I love the movement of the water around the feet. It creates a great sense of emphasis. I also liked the balance that the feet created as the subject of the image.

Yesterday morning, something bit me. I didn't realize for sure that it was a bite until today when the swelling had gone down some. Originally, it was this really big lump right behind my elbow with a hard bump in it, and it was a big bruise. It hurt.

Now, the bump has gone down some, there's a mosquito bite-like thing in the middle of the bruised area. I'm a little worried about it.

Does anyone know what it is?

Also, it's pretty difficult to take a picture of your own elbow.

I've been getting bitten by things on and off since getting to Russia. Mosquito season is long over. Any ideas as to what this could be? This is by far the most alarming bite i've found. I'm holding a penny in the picture to give you a sense of scale so that you can tell how horrendously large this bite is!
