I don't know where he started his ride but this is about a mile of steady steep uphill road above Jerome, AZ and he didn't look the least bit bothered by it.

Buff-bellied Hummingbird in a private garden in Valdosta. This was my eighth visit to the garden and my first and only sighting. So grateful for the opportunity to see it. The garden had a BBEH last year as well. Pretty sure it is the same bird.

A family of these Rails has been living in the Gold Coast Botanic Gardens for some years. From a distance they can be seen at the water's edge, but get too close and they disappear into the long grass and weeds. I surprised this one!

Castings of the blade pulled in Smooth Cast 300, cold cast with aluminum powder then buffed.

These are, unfortunately, dud castings. I've got a couple more pulls in the works, but its nice to know they clean up so well! The casting of the center raised lettering is off the same mold used for the Cassandra sword

In the tradition of pin-up girl tattoos, I got a beefcake tattoo. Also modeled on the woman straddling a wrench tattooed on Jenny Shimizu. Done by Tatus by Kore in Minneapolis, MN ca. 1995.
