I was chewing gum. Realized I could blow really big bubbles. I like the fact my face isn't that visible.

What It Took (WIT)
This was taken at the Maker Faire in San Mateo, bubbles were being blown to keep the schoolkids entertained while waiting to get in. It was more of a light breeze than wind, but the bubbles were blowing nicely. The camera was already wanting to use a tight aperture so I didn't mess with it. I wanted to get a few little starburst in the bubbles. I did have to bump up the saturation in Lightroom to bring out the colors in the bubbles and I cropped out a truck to the left. This was more a random opprotunity to get something for the contest than a planned shot.
Class 121 DMU "Bubble Car" at Princes Risborough station awaiting to depart on the 09:17 service to Aylesbury.
Capturing bubbles proved to be way harder than I thought.
I wanted a frame full of big round bubbles.
Instead I got this. A burst bubble.
I love it more than I would have loved a frame bubble-filled
:DD
Bubble Car 55020 was not part of my 1M55 bash but we did get a chance to fot it at Princes Risborough just arrived from Aylesbury.
Taken for Active Weekly Assignment - Ephemeral: Tie-died soap bubbles.
When I saw "Ephemeral" as a topic, the first thing I thought was "Soap Bubbles!". But soap bubbles are boring - so I tie-died a sink full of bubbles with food coloring.
I took quite a few pictures of them, but this one was my favorite, as the last ones were heading down the drain.
The rest are in the same set in my stream.
