First attempt at droplets in a bubble - I found some of Corrie's secret ingredient (guar gum) and added it to the droplet and bubble mixture
Pentax AF360HGZ flash on1/16th power at the rear +blue gel and diffuser
YN460 flash front right with reddish gel on 1/32 power

I hope this brings a smile from you for Hump Day. This little man was so delighted by the bubbles his father was blowing for him at a recent Car Club Event that it brought out the inner child in all of us!

Four shots taken at this mornings bubble run. It's been a rough week, the flue kicked my ass, twice. Just when I thought I was over it it boomeranged back. But great to get out this morning, and get some fresh air and bubbles!

I was walking along the Royal Mile and saw a flurry of bubbles flying. Sadly, I didn't have my usual Canon camera.
As the saying goes, the best camera you have is the one in your hand with you right now. I took out my mobile phone!
In this series I was at WAP (Wild Animal Park) in San Diego and a guy with a bubble machine was blowing these for the kids. WOW I thought! What a great opportunity for a colorful photo.
this is the most epic shot ive ever taken. in my opinion at least. it took patience. i went out with an umbrella because i saw there were bubbles when the rain hit some puddles. so then i had to wait for raindrops. then i had to see if it would turn into a bubble. then i had to wait and time it perfectly before it popped. i think it was worth it.

You can not go wrong if you buy some cheap bubble mix or make you one and share the results with kids. During this southern California sunset a man was dipping his net like wand into a bucket and releasing hundreds of bubbles to float over the pier to the joy and pleasure of young and old, boys and girls and photographers too.
