Blowing bubbles off the deck. With the shadow from the garage making the grass nice and dark we got pretty good contrast for our bubbles.

Today's random fact: I chose a bubble bath over regular bubbles. Nice for relaxation and soothing my sore muscles (from running), but not good when it's 100 degrees out. This was probably the quickest bath I've ever taken.

This is soap bubbles being blown. I used 2 flashguns either side of the setup set at 3rd power. I blew the bubbles using a tube and can still taste the bubble mix. Pah! Pah! Pah!

Photo taken inside the fabric of a hot air ballon recycled (after some years and flying hours they must be replaced by new ones) to house different playful activities.
In this case, this bubble show and whorkshop for children was a part of the activities of the hot air ballonn festival of Igualada (near Barcelona).
As good photographers :-) we saw the potential of the light and the silhouette and asked the instructor to pose for us :-)

Joy of joy found some bubbles in the cupboard.
Tonights plan was to try and create a Xmas photo with my bubbles.
When my wife took our cat , Bubbles , to the vet the other week she told the vet that somebody had suggested that Bubbles was fat .
" He's not fat , Mrs Gould , he's obese ! " was the reply ....... No nibbles for you then my lad .
I like how my camera focused on the bubbles, but the background could be about 1000x better than a crappy parking lot
New York, Connecticut border south of Kent, Connecticut on the Appalachian Trail. This small stream that was a great provider of ice shots a few months ago is now a great provider of foam/bubble shots.
I returned to the same spot and lo and behold, a similar bubble island was spinning under a small drop. A lot more movement this day but sometimes movement is good; I like the movement in the individual bubbles although didn't see it until I got home and looked at the images on my computer.
