Painter's masking tape and card-board from the copy-shop.
Did bottom line of pixels without a level at first, then redid it.
I was pretty slow to come around to this lovely series of single-screen platformers--and to this entry of said series, in particular--but now I consider myself a pretty big fan. For more of my thoughts on this surprisingly enjoyable GameBoy port of Snow Bros., check out this recent blog post: www.thegaygamer.com/2014/12/tis-the-season-for-snow-bros-...

Bubble Bobble Themed Arcade Stick With USB connection for the PC. Sanwa bat top joystick and Sanwa buttons. Kandy apple red finish.
There, in my messy basement laundry room, is a Bubble Bobble game I rescued from the condemned portion of my church basement. It is actually a pirate version of the game, "Bobble Bobble," and it has a pretty messed up demo mode, where the little dinosaur wanders around aimlessly and gets killed several times, instead of showing how to get points and kill the monsters.

One of my favorite Famicom games, even if it's a little antiquated and isn't a perfect port of the arcade original.

Thanks homie!
Located near many traffic cameras. I am hoping this Invader lasts forever!

I was going to do Bob as well - but not tonight.

Bob at Bottom reservoir Langley.
Been missing my flickr past few days as my new love has taken over my life what with polishing, greasing and standing back with a big cheesy grin on my face.
This was one of those stand back and grin moments.
Smile for the camera Bob ;-)

I've got Bubble Bobble on the brain, as you can see :) I don't think this take on Bub (or is it Bob?) is as cute or successful as the take on Pikachu (below), but I like the idea of the drawing/doodle all the same -- what with Bub/Bob being surprised by the fruit-filled bubbles floating around him :)
The number of colors depend on the platform, on some both feet and tail-spikes are yellow. I forgot to buy red/orange cardboard, so mine was all yellow too.
