Old brick wall between two historic structures in the Portland district of Louisville, KY. The tree/bush growing in the wall was a bonus. Not sure if it's still living; will check it out this Spring.

A long-ago demolished building reveals the back of another old Chicago building and its mostly bricked-up rear windows. The windows at the top-right reflect the red CNA building across the street.

Driving around town the other day in pursuit of a couple of scavenger hunt items I happened to find a couple of interesting brick walls. This is a section of brick wall next to a door in an old church building. The style of the lantern seems very old fashioned.
