Pork floss known as rousong in Mandarin, it's exactly what it sounds like – dried sweetened roast pork pulled to separate the fibers and spun until it has the texture of crispy cotton candy. And it's awesome. It's got the same flavor profile as teriyaki beef jerky - a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy, a lot salty and a lot meaty.

Bill, Breadtalk in Muscat. The prices are much inflated compared to Breadtalk in Singapore. I accept that things may be a little more expensive outside of your home country but this was getting ridiculous. It's the same bread. I missed it a lot, but stopped buying after a while.

곰돌이 from bread talk! (it got disfigured when i put it in my bag) by Sus K.

i first tried bread from bread talk in shanghai last year. unfortunately, i did not take any pictures, but there was bread i bought that i could not eat (it had pork flakes that look liked wood shavings encrusted all around the bun--i think they produce breads that target to the domestic market).

cocoferry (i like the korean name better) tasted amazing! it tasted like a slightly sweet dinner roll with a dark chocolate chunk in the middle. i think the chocolate was supposed to be soft but i left it in the fridge to eat for breakfast the next day so it was hard.
