A boutique bakery branded with BreadTalk is a listed bakery based in Singapore and was founded in April, 2000. Korea launched its first Breadtalk in April, 2008 at Myeongdong.
"In near future, there's gonna be around 10 Breadtalk outlets in Korea. And also J-Co," cites Mr. Alex who claimed to be the owner.

On the table at a Christmas party I attended. It looked so good no one wanted to cut it up or slice it.
BreadTalk has bought over the Thye Moh Chan, the teochew traditional bakery and has opened this retail outlet at the ChinaTown Point, North Bridge Road.
Pork floss known as rousong in Mandarin, it's exactly what it sounds like – dried sweetened roast pork pulled to separate the fibers and spun until it has the texture of crispy cotton candy. And it's awesome. It's got the same flavor profile as teriyaki beef jerky - a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy, a lot salty and a lot meaty.
It was a yoghurt cake. Very light, almost like Japanese cheesecake. It was too bland for me though, and I preferred Vicky's Lana cake. I've since learned that Lana is my aunt's classmate and her recipe is so secret, Lana mixes everything up in her bedroom.
Cipularang, fenomena baru warga jakarta dan bandung. Gimana ga, jarak tempuh yg biasanya 4 jam bisa jadi 2 jam. Tapi bukan cuma itu, cipularang sudah bukan sekedar tol, tapi juga tujuan wisata malam...or so to speak. Coba telusuri jalur jakarta bandung pada malam sabtu, bahkan sekitar jam 12 malam pun, tol penuh sesak. Semua tempat peristirahatan, terutama km 18, udah ga beda sama plaza EX, bisa muter2 5x buat cari parkir. Mau makan apa? A&W, solaria, breadtalk,padang, starbucks ato makanan lokal? Ada smua. Atau lebih suka KFC? Tinggal jalan lg di km 34. Pizza? Ada di km 57...hmm...57 ato 34 yaaa?! Lupa...hihihi...tapi yg pasti ada sensasi beda kalo kt jalan pas weekend...termasuk sensasi pegel kaki (bersyukurlah yg punya mobil matic)...banyak lampu, banyak mobil, bisa adu kenceng ma org 2 gila. The greatest place in the planet: BreadTalk, where we ate breakfast every day before setting out. The plastic bins contain the most wonderful fresh bread products -- soft and airy, or flaky like a croissant, or crumbly and buttery like puff pastry, or crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; it was all there. But the bread was injected with sweet or savory fillings. My favorite was an orange creme dotted with raisins, injected into bread so light it almost melted on your tongue. They had a banana creme, something called a Mile High that was about four inches tall, six inches long, and swirled on top, with cream and key-lime flavors inside; sausage-curry naan; and a square of flaky pasty stuffed with white-meat chicken and chopped mushrooms. This one was my other favorite. But the signature dish, the top seller, was something called Floss: An oval bun with its top glazed in sugar and then rolled in something that can only be described as stiff pubic hair. It was actually a jerky-like pork or chicken, but the effect looked as if you were eating somebody's hairbrush. We desperately want to franchise one in the States, but we're pretty sure we might leave that recipe in Asia.
