Bread pudding preparation step. With butter greased soufflé dish on wooden board. Buttered pieces of brown bread slices on bottom of soufflé dish. Liquid mixture of milk, egg, liqueur and mandarin zest poured in. On top layer of dried plums and raisins. Light effect in decorative background.
