Not as rich/carmelized as Tartine, but a nice delicate flavour. Orange zest inside and the berry topping help balance the understated core.

Pressure cooked bread pudding with layers of dried fruits. Fruits are raisins and plums. Other ingredients butter, bread, milk, liqueur, eggs, honey, orange zest, nutmeg and cinnamon. White dessert plate on decorative surface. Black stylish fork and table knife. High point of view.
