Bread pudding preparation step. With butter greased soufflé dish on wooden Lazy Susan. Buttered pieces of brown bread slices on bottom of soufflé dish. Liquid mixture of milk, egg, liqueur and mandarin zest poured in. On top layer of dried plums and raisins, covered with another layer of bread, liquid and dried fruit. High point of view. Light effect.
