A Collaborative Rediscovery of Fairy Tales
Breadcrumbs is a series of paintings by Jimmy apRoberts and Brian Christopher that follow a somewhat random and spontaneous visual and textual narrative constructed using bits and pieces from a variety of classic fairy tales, woven together to create a twisted new story.
Mind blowing! The egg was almost sweet with a runny yolk, the anchovy brought in saltiness and the breadcrumbs crunchy texture.

Onion
Rosemary Olive Breadcrumbs
1 egg
Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 carrot
1/2 cup Tomato Soup
Salt and Pepper
Monterey Jack Cheese (cubed for center of meat muffin)
1 carrot
Favorite Condiments for “frosting”
Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl like you would for a meatloaf but round them into medium sized meatballs. Then take the cubed monterey cheese and place one in the middle of each ball. Place in lightly oiled cupcake pan and bake at ‘375 for 45 minutes. The top of the muffin should be brown with oozing cheese starting to come through the top. Lift muffins out of the muffin pan and arrange on serving tray. You can use your favorite condiments as “frosting” and shredded carrot for decoration (and yummy taste!)
