A Collaborative Rediscovery of Fairy Tales
Breadcrumbs is a series of paintings by Jimmy apRoberts and Brian Christopher that follow a somewhat random and spontaneous visual and textual narrative constructed using bits and pieces from a variety of classic fairy tales, woven together to create a twisted new story.
I made pork meatballs tonight (2 eggs, breadcrumbs, curry powder, s+p). Brown in a bit of oil, then cover the pan and cook on medium for ten minutes. Turn and cover, cook another five. Toss with oyster sauce and a bit of bbq sauce.
Serve on salad and quinoa, topped with mango salsa.
Really really good. Will definitely make again.
