I put out some leftover bread on my balcony table to see how long it would take for the birds to eat it. Also, the ebb and flow of snow looks quite nice!

Yum, had a hankering for one a while ago and mum had just bought some pineapples on her trip back from up north.
Inch thick pineapple slice coated with breadcrumbs and shredded coconut. Dusted with some icing sugar and cinnamon. A dollop (or two ;) ) of ice cream with golden syrup drizzled over the top.

Using porcini stock imported from Italy this pasta combines truffle oil, reggiano cheese, breadcrumbs and asparagus to make a delicious and indulgent pasta.

Chicken shallow fried in a mixture of celery salt, cayenne pepper, all-spice, black pepper, paprika, garlic salt, breadcrumbs and plain flour, then finished off in the oven
.. potato chips covered in pepperoncino oil, black pepper and olive oil just before cooking in the oven.. served with a spicy tomato, onion and chilli salsa..
top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. it's done when the breadcrumbs get this nice golden brown color as shown above. warm amd fragrant.
this is a great dish because it's low in fat (even lower if you skip the breadcrumb topping) but hearty, filling and delicious, not to mention chock full of good for you veggies.
The perfect summer sandwich contains the best tomatoes you can find, plus pesto and goat cheese. It's dredged in flour, beaten egg and then panko breadcrumbs before a quick saute until golden brown.

Many of the dishes that I’ve done for the Vegetarian Tour de France take a long, long time to cook. It’s time to get some quick dishes into this tour.
