My baby girl with her first braids! Processed with Florabella Classic Workflow Photoshop Actions ♥
A selfie again ;) I braided my fringe today and I was suprised that 1. I could actually BRAID IT and 2. that I succeeded in one time and 3. at 7AM with sleepy eyes haha. My fringe was going all kinds of crazy so I just braided it.
Also, first time I made a 'dutch braid' and I love it :D I got some reactions like: "How is it possible to braid your hair like that when it's soo short??"
I have no idea either. But it worked! And hairspray, TONS of hairspray ;)
It looked more neat in real life, but then again, this was after like 14 hours it was braided! Crrraazy.
uhm let's just say the noise was on purpose ;)
(I really liked how the light fell on my face and braid and how it makes it look like the light is a braid that just 'flows' from the real braid.. or something. idk)

Another blog picture. I think this one will be the last one for a while, though. Three of these in a row is quite enough, haha!
Sorry for the lack of new stuff lately, I'm in the middle of finals at school and I don't really have the time to go out and about with my camera.
But as soon as I've taken my last test (next monday!) I'll find something interesting to photograph!
This is the present day braided channel of the Waimakariri River, as it flows across part of the Canterbury Plain to reach the sea between Kairaki and Brooklands. Taken just after takeoff from Christchurch, New Zealand.

I was looking for a model with large areas that are not folded, so you can see most of the paper. A bowl is a good solution for that, so I designed this new one.

There are many weddings that pop up here and there. I arrived at this one around sunset. This girl had some amazing braids... wow gals take a lot of effort to make all this stuff happen. I feel so lazy. I can barely get dressed in the morning with whatever happens to be around me.
...even though I hated to remove Hong's perfect braids! I cannot braid like Hong can! AND part of Sandra Dee's hair ended up behind her shoulder, hiding some of her waves, but there are no do-overs in early morning photography, sadly.
today i tried to do the inverted or "dutch" braid. i like it. of course my hair isn't long enough to braid all the way to the back, so the center back looks really crappy. ah, well. the front and sides look okay!
p.s. larissa, i'm wearing the dress you gave me! i love it!! :)
i never really cared for french braiding cause i sucked and didn't really understand how to do it. i still kind of suck. haha.
however, i like to french braid my hair like this now thanks to my friend.
this isn't me by the way.

Blythe a Day - Hair Style You love the most - 2/22/22
Here is Winterish Allure in her royal roles. Love her hair braided and pinned back.
My recycled photos here. I did a new photo for this prompt, but Winterish's hair looks better in this style that Joana Gentiana who I photographed. I think it is because the braids are longer so they show more from the front.
