From above, these looked like the sulpher pools you see in places like Pamukkale. From below, a curious mix of smooth white surfaces and complex patterns. And only later did I spot the tiny white parasol sheltering below!
The bracket will attach to the wing stays via 3 bolts which will effectively be hidden. This should avoid having to drill through the wing and seeing the unsightly bolt heads on top.
We had these steel brackets designed by a structural engineer and installed by a licensed contractor. We use them for aerial dance classes on trapeze, fabric, lyra, sling, and rope.
I do not know the exact weight rating on them, but they were designed with dynamic drops and movement in mind.

Daedaleopsis confragosa - I photographed this fungus believing it to be Birch Polypore or Razor Strop Fungus. After much research I now believe it is correctly identified as Blushing Bracket but if anyone knows better please let me know.

Here's my bracket for the tourney. I picked these teams by an algorithm I came up that weighted each team by a network centrality measurement. Essentially, teams form links with other teams depending on whether they win or lose. I gathered all the data pretty easily off of NCAA's own site: stats.ncaa.org/team/inst_team_list/10260?division=1
The algorithm is a simple measure of their "win" centrality over their "lose" centrality. According to the resulting scores:
Kansas should win it all easily (they have a 50% higher score than the next closest team).
Virginia Tech was the best team not to make it in. They were ranked 23rd in the nation by my algorithm.
Arkansas Pine Bluff was by far the worst to make it in. They would be ranked 288th out of 347 D1 schools.
The toughest region is the West. The weakest is the South.
The closest game should be Maryland vs Michigan St. (assuming they advance). These teams have very close scores.
Here's my top 25 ranking:
1 "Kansas"
2 "Kentucky"
3 "Syracuse"
4 "West Virginia"
5 "Duke"
6 "Kansas St."
7 "Purdue"
8 "Villanova"
9 "Temple"
10 "Butler"
11 "Baylor"
12 "Ohio St."
13 "Georgetown"
14 "Texas A&M"
15 "Texas"
16 "New Mexico"
17 "BYU"
18 "Xavier"
19 "Pittsburgh"
20 "Maryland"
21 "Michigan St."
22 "Wisconsin"
