This picture was taken on the Caledonian Railway which runs from Brechin to Bridge of Dun. This is a picture of class 26 number 26035 which is undergoing restoration. This image reminded me of going round Scottish Sheds 30+ years ago walking between lines of locomotives.

Die starken Dieselmotoren der Baureihe 218 brummen auch noch im Jahre 2021 im alten und verwahrlosten Kopfbahnhof Stuttgart Hbf., der schon bald durch den Neubau ersetzt wird, an dem schon seit vielen Jahren fleissig gebaut wird.
Mit etwas Fotografenglück konnten am 18. November 2021 noch einmal verschiedene Impressionen verewigt werden, die schon bald Geschichte sein werden.

BR Blue liveried class 40 locomotive 40012 (D212) 'Aureol' stands on platform 3 at Bury Bolton Street station, having worked in on a dmu drag with BRC&W 1957 built Class 104, with DMCL M50517 in view on the 2G84 16.57 Rawtenstall-Bury Bolton Street (17.26) service.

Class 37 numbered 37175 in BR Blue livery rounds the corner near Kinneil station in Scotland on the Bo'ness and Kinneil railway during the lines 37 Day in 2011.
BR Class 33 No.D6515 Lt Jenny Lewis RN passes Burlescombe,with the 06:48 Eastleigh to Exeter Central Branch Line Society excursion.on the 4th of May 2024.
This is the somewhat rare Vito BR. This model has a coupled rangefinder but no light meter. They were produced between 1958 and 1960. Only 11200 were made.
