Bottle Cap #19 in a series I am doing during the COVID-19 pandemic. A favorite beer of those who live in Minnesota.
Someone in CA said I needed to update, so here's the bottlecap magnets I've made recently. I have pics of other stuff, but I just had my computer revamped so I'm still trying to find everything.
A clear three dimensional glass face is reverse painted then adhered into a flattened, painted bottle cap.
It will either become a pendant or a pin- haven't decided.
I know 243 & 242 are the same, but the way they've aged is so different (and so cool) that I had to post them both!

Bottlecap of some weird brand.
I taught a recent workshop on making bottlecap pendants, and I took a few photos of the pendants that everyone made. They turned out great, and it was hard for me to not want to keep them all for myself!
i think i might be getting a little obsessed with the beer bottle stencil, bottlecaps and beer folk art. i decided to make a bigger stencil so i could make a few bigger pieces - these are approximately 24" tall.
. i'll have these out at elysian fleas on saturday.
