Taken at Towneley Hall, Burnley, this young lady wasn't really bored as she was taking a great interest in all the exhibitions and displays in the hall. But her eye was caught by a wedding taking place in another part of the hall. So I grabbed this chance to snap.

A Boreal Owl seen active in the Two Harbors area during the 2025 winter owl irruption. During this winter Boreal Owl sightings were a common occurrence in northern Minnesota.
Used my new iphone app by molopix to docment the boringness of my day. Sorting old photos, laundry folding, washing, dishes, update everyone's devices in the house, clean out the camera bag and clean the lenses.
I'm that bored, have a new camera, and can't get out to take pictures as it's dark. So instead you get my socks.....told you I was bored

The winter of 2018 has apparently been an "irruption" year for Boreal Owls, because of a lack of food in the Taiga forced many to wander south and find food (I.e rodents). When they fly south, they are stopped from traveling any further by Lake Superior (in the background of the video), and then follow the coast of the Lake until they are close to Duluth, which causes a "pileup" of both Boreal and Great Gray Owls. This "pileup" accumulated a total of 4 Boreal Owls. St. Louis County, Minnesota. This photo is of the original tree I spotted it in, but it was bumped multiple times by photographers who followed us to the bird. It did come closer for better views later.
bored. I'm bored. I brought my camera with today....but forgot my memory card. Stupid. I'm too tired to concentrate on anything, so you get my cotton balls and q-tips tonight.
We spotted this boreal owl perched along a road in St. Louis County, Minnesota.
