I think these looked really cute with her jeans since the straight legs shows off the boots so nicely.
it’s been a while since i’ve worn this pair of booties and when i put them on i noticed a couple eyelits unlaced but only on one side and i had to wonder how that happend. did the scary monster from my basement sneak into my bedroom while i was at work? worse did it mess with my bootie lace while i slept?!
i’m freaked out wondering about it.
Thankfully, these angora baby booties from Last Minute Knitted Gifts, were knit for a friend. I knit them in Red/Scarlett because Eric and Sarah don't want to know the sex until the big day, but no matter if the baby is a girl or a boy, that baby will be a Buckeye.
See my photostream for the matching onesie!

extra tall 9" base tier and shorter 6" top tier...last minute request for tomorrow - colours are Tiffany blue and a warm choc brown but came out a bit dark in my kitchen. Debating whether to keep the quick booties I made or not.

Genevive's Wee Shoes Cuffed baby booties in pattern #5
Versatile, simple, and comfortable cotton cutout cuffs that can be worn up or down. Double soles.
Colors are country green and taupe.
by Judy Nemish
Pattern source: KnitList
Yarn: The Plucky Knitter Merino Wool Handpainted Fingering Weight and Novita Florica held doubled, about 20 grams of both
Needles: 3,5 mm
Made these quickly today for my co-worker's baby. The pattern was great, my only modification was that I didn't cut the yarn before starting the instep (you'll have to rejoin the yarn at that same point after knitting the instep, so I just knitted the instep with another end of the yarn). The garter stitch is so smooshy, and the overall cuteness factor is very satisfactory. :-)
