This was my first attempt at gumpaste baby booties. I used my JEM cutters, which I've had for a while but never tried.

My favourite bootie-pattern. I'm ready for (other people's) babies now.
my little nod to the recurrance of Western stylings being pushed this Fall. i’ve had this pair of pointy toe ankle boots with wrap lace and pompoms for a number of years but i rarely wear them because they’re an uncomfortable hassle. but i broke them out this morning because it’s been so long since i last wore them and i’d forgotten how non-cushioned they are. i purposely didn’t wrap my laces as far as i should have being in a rush and i figured at some point during the day i’d step on my dragging laces but never expected i’d do so still at home. that’s my right bootie unravelling in the pic. black leggings and an oversized brown sweaterdress finish today’s outfit.
These come in rigged/non-rigged version (both modifiable) and gold/silver options for the metal parts. Shoe base and alpha clothing layers are also modifiable. Available in 7 colors and studs can be changed to gold through HUD. Link to the demo here.
These are the Angora Baby Booties (but not angora) from the book Last Minute Knitted Gifts.

Cute and quick to knit! (I made the same modification as before, and I cast on 20 stitches instead of 15.)
Wrote this little pattern myself. Quick to make and great for using up little bits and pieces of yarn
My favorite pair of galoshes in my favorite color with a title I couldn't resist. I took this for a "30 Day Photo Challenge" I participated in late 2011. You can view the full challenge here.

Cumulus of bits retrieved during unpacking and arranged as a memento of random memories, none of which you, the viewer, know anything about. Use your imagination.
