Happy New Year 2022 Bold Robins - Most American Robins migrate south in winter but some spend the winter in Canada. They feed on berries and fruits of vinegar trees ... and those of our Horse chestnut tree it seems 😁 Happy New Year 2022

Hi There!

I thought it would be great fun to increase vibrancy and add some effects to a group of tulips. The blooms were already bold, but I wanted them bolder! Happy Sliders Sunday! HSS!

Editing and effects were done in Topaz Studio.

Thank you for stopping by and for your comments. I do appreciate hearing from you! Have a wonderful day!

I love colour. I love it even more when it is bold and used in a unique colour scheme.

I drove by this house twice before I stopped. It's just one of those places where all the pieces fit together to make the ordinary become extraordinary.

Bold, brave, and beautiful. It totally stole my heart.

A full stretch to lift off.

Second year attending the wonderful The Cigar Room *Winter Soirée 2020*

It's been a very difficult year for all of us, and to be able to dance and have some fun, felt so good!

Thank you very much for inviting me to take part in this project. Wasn't easy but I soooo loved working on this picture! ♥

And thank you for organizing everything and creating such a gorgeous magical place for everyone to enjoy.

Very low light natural sunflower photo

hand held shot!

Flower in the grounds of Calke Abbey, south Derbyshire, England.

There were many, and we mean many, Canadian Goose goslings in the Park. We got down low and waited and let the gosling come to us. It left the rest of its gaggle for a few minutes, but long enough for us to get a shot. We got the shot and away the little one waddled, back to its family.

With this one I concentrated more on the bright centre of the Lilly, with the petals more of a frame for the bright centrepiece.

This week's theme for Mosaic Montage Monday was Bold Blues. These Blues are so Bold they're fearless, but with finesse. HMMM!

Hello amazing Flickr People !!

Today is a pink day at Color my World daily Group and nuts and bolts are the theme at Smile on Saturday.

I decided to go with the smallest nuts and bolds I could find in my house. People !! You have no idea how difficult those are to work with !! Just to put them one on top of another it took me 30 minutes and at least 1500 tries !!!! And then I sneezed and had to pick another tiny bolt since one was missing and was impossible to find on my floor (even with a magnifying glass !!). Yes, I have a tendency to exaggerate a little bit but still it was truly difficult working with those tiny nuts and bolds. I almost went nuts lol !!!!

They come from miniature finger skates my sons play with. We even have some very tiny tools to go with those. And since the skates are very small also you ride them with your fingers … Yes, men and their toys are truly fascinating lol

Happy 4th of July for my American friends !!! Enjoy your day !!

I will try to catch up as soon as possible with your comments and Photostreams but since I’m officially on vacation with my sons my activity on Flickr will be rather slow for the next few day. I apologize for that. Have a beautiful day my friends.

Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and healthy!! And see you soon on Flickr!!

Hi There,

Bold in colour and bold in size, I couldn't help but try to photograph the hibiscus after it stopped raining. Not cropped with only a minor bit of editing.

Thank you for stopping by and for your comments. I do love hearing from you! Have a marvelous day!

One of my favourite floral images to start the weekend. I love flower photography & looking forward to adding to my collection in the coming months.

A pair of Chestnut Teals landed on a pond in the middle of dense vegetation and the male began to swim towards me. All I had to do was to wait for the moment when some afternoon sunrays hit his head.

Looking up Bolder creek to Mount Baker--the creek feeds Baker Lake. An 80 degree day in October with lots of sunshine--a nice indian summer

And to boldly split infinitives. Andromeda galaxy - no stacking - one 1.5 minute exposure using sky watcher and 400mm lens. Just before the sky clouded over and all was lost.
