I like how this photograph makes you feel cold due to the temperature. The photograph is kinda warm and cold at the same time however it all depends on how you look at it.
For fun, de-focus your eyes and look at the lights.
When I first started photography I took a similar set of photographs to this one. I like to think that I have improved my composition and framing since then.

Lensbaby Sweet 50 Optic. There's a learning curve using this lens. Using either tilt or shift completely takes the subject details/sharpness out.
