终于开通了自己的中文博客，各位老江湖们，给洒家捧个人场呗～
一直没有开通博客，一是因为懒，二是分不清自己的心事，多少是可以与人分享，与闺蜜分享，与要好的朋友分享，与普通朋友分享，与陌生人分享，甚至于与那些可能对自己怀有敌意的人分享。分不清楚这个界限的人，开通一个博客，无疑是搬起石头砸自己的脚。你的那些坏心眼，小阴谋，要不要见光，你那些小心思，异想天开，要不要公之於眾，都不要太过张扬。
想通了不再拘泥于自己狭小的世界，想去认识更多的人，见识更多的事，想走出去，想长大了。
今までのように、自分のペースで走れない寛平さんにとって、
ゴール後のケアは非常に重要です。
と言う事で、いつもお世話になっている伊藤超短波を入浴後に念入りに行っています。
寛平さん「いや〜ホンマ気持ちええわ、ここまで足がもったのも伊藤超短波のおかげやで。」
なんだかこのまま寝ちゃいそうな寛平さんです。
スタッフからのお知らせ
寛平さんが自分のペースで走れない一番の理由は、
寛平さんを追いかける応援です。
写真を撮り逃したから追いかけてもう一度撮ろうとしたり、
ハイタッチを受けようと何度も追い抜いては手を差し出したり、
さらには、狭い歩道にも関わらず、一緒に並走を試みたりする方がいるからです。
みなさん、上記の様な行動は、絶対にお止め下さい。
しかし、寛平さんと一緒に走りたいと思っている方も多いはず！！
そこで、間寛平の地球一周を祝うマラソン大会が、
大阪ゴール後に行われます。
日時は、２０１１年３月５日（土）
マラソン大会は、「フル」「ハーフ」「１０ｋｍ」の３タイプで、
前夜祭や表彰式、完走記念パーティーなど、
寛平さんと触れ合えるイベントも目白押しです。

ファンライドに出席しました。
自転車に乗って東京をアピールしながら、
コペンハーゲンの街を疾走です。

本日、大竹（宮島の手前）からスタートし、
広島市内を抜けて、安芸区に入ったところでゴールしました。
移動距離 ４４．９ｋｍ
所要時間 ８時間４３分
総移動距離 ４０７１０．１ｋｍ
たくさんの子供達に囲まれ、
寛平さんも疲れが吹っ飛んだようです。
寛平さん「日本の将来を頼んだぞ！」
子供達「はい！」
こういった触れ合い１つ１つが地球を一周して寛平さんが感じた事ではないでしょうか。

おはようございます。
昨日の興奮冷めやらないままの夜、いい凪でゆっくり休めるはずが何度も目がさめました。いまだに信じられない出来事だけに・・・。
昨日1日が、数年前に寛平さんとこの企画について、酒を飲みながら何度も話をし、そして何年もかけて船を整備し、何度も長距離長時間合宿を繰り返し、そして12月17日に大阪出発、1月1日鴨川出航、そして昨日・・・「シフト」しました。
このアースマラソンは昨日までは、企画が先行し、空想や夢物語の延長線上での「実行」でした。しかし昨日「シフト」しました。いよいよ本物の企画として立ち上がった気がしてなりません。まだまだスタートですが、やっと「何か？」がこの企画を大きな意味で許してくれた感じがしてなりません。
そして昨日はその吉兆になる、実はたくさんのエピソードやイベントがあったのです。
まずは前夜、出航して以来の最高の夜。これが吉兆１。
そして朝のメールにアップしたように、まずはイルカがたくさん遊びに来てくれました。これが吉兆２．
ヨットの前を何度も何度も「こっちへこいよ〜」「こっちが君たちの行き先だぞ〜」って言ってるみたいですね！と、ふたり話をしていました。
次はイベント。生ものが恋しくなったので、船の中にあるなま物といえば、「たまねぎ」玉ねぎをスライスし水にしたしてから、マヨネーズと醤油でむさぼりたべました。おいしけど胸焼けがし、残り半分はオリーブオイルで炒めて塩コショウで食べました。
寛平さん「たまねぎ食ってなんか体がだるかったのが、吹っ飛んだわ」これが吉兆３。
そしてさらにイベント！長期戦を覚悟していたので、いよいよ「釣り」に挑戦！
一本は最新のダイワのタックルで、50キロでもあがるさおとリールでマグロの仕掛けをセット。もう一本は鴨川の清照丸からもらった本物漁師のカツオ仕掛け、アングラー対漁師の対決を決行、寛平さんは「釣り」は初めてで「こんなんで釣れんのぉ〜」を連発「たいくつしのぎなるな〜」・・・と、しかし飽き性の寛平さんはこのあと・・・。
そうこうしているうちに・・・馬場さんのメールを受信！ふたりで喜びあい、早速返信のメールやビデオを数時間かけて送信していたら、「バン！」と何かかがぶっ飛んだ音、僕はキャビンから飛び出し、コックピットにいた寛平さんに「どこで音なりました？」「どこかとびましたか？」と矢継ぎ早にきく
「なんか頭の上あたりを拳銃で撃たれたみたいやねん！」・・・・とにかくぶっと飛びそうな場所、アウトホールやメインシートのブロックやリギンなどなど船を細かくチェックするがどこも異常がない？？？
ふと船尾をみると、なんと大物仕掛けのほうのリールの糸400メートルがすべて引きずりだされてロッドが折れていました。「これか！」「寛平さん、これだけ糸を引きずりだすのだから、音してたでしょう！」「なんかひゅー言うてるから。
ひっきゃんのいびきかな〜と思って中見たりしててんけどな〜」だめだこりゃ！
「僕はパソコンにかじりついて送信作業をやっていたじゃないですか！」
「カンペイさん！いつも言っているじゃないですか！船ではすこしでも変な音や動きがあったらそれは異常を知れせるサインだから、無視せず原因を突き止めないと！」と詰め寄ったら、そんなこといわれても俺釣り知らんしな〜・・・という顔・・それはそれである意味あたっています。大きなマグロを逃がした釣り人のいらいらだけでした。失礼いたしました。しかしそれからが笑えます。
日も暮れ、うっかり漁師仕掛けをしまい忘れていたのに気付き、あわてて船尾で回収すると、なんとそこにはイカの足が一本ぶら下がっている！「やったー！生や！」と大騒ぎ！早速塩をふって、網でげその塩焼き！おいしかったです。そんなこんな釣りのハプニングが吉兆４と、いろいろなことが矢継ぎ早に起きた1日でした。
こんな夜はさらに何かがと！余計に慎重になり、視界が悪いので何度もレーダーを確認し、このうれしい夢が消えないよう必死にワッチをしました。
長くなってすいません。ただあまりにも突然の自然の変化をまのあたりにし、これは何かの力が動かした感がしてなりません。
だいぶ前のブログにも書きましたが、いよいよ本物の企画として「シフト」したと信じます。抽象的にしか言えませんが・・・・・。
ほんとに不思議です。イカの足って・・・・（笑）できすぎや！オチとして・・・（笑）
Today’s Date: July 17, 2011
Today I thought I would feature Starbucks and my love of coffee. I would not say that Starbucks nor their products really contributed in any way to the weight that I have and must now learn. That is not the reason for my feature. I love coffee, and have for many years now. When I was a smoker, coffee and cigarettes were never far from my hand, and many hours were spent with a three-way connection between us.
When I quit smoking I thought I’d have to give up coffee, and I did for a couple weeks. I had been drinking 12-18 cups per day, running through 1 to 1 ½ pots of coffee every day. Before starting on this weight loss journey I started slowing off my coffee, and now I am down to 2-3 cups of coffee per day. It’s a good sign that I don’t feel more tired. For as I am less filled with coffee, my energy levels are coming up to compensate!
The holiday season is one of the hardest times of the year. But for me the holiday Season begins in September when Starbucks brings out their Pumpkin Spice Latte… they’re amazing. They always remind me of the Fall, and it’s one of my favorite seasons of the year. Sure it’s still in the high 90’s or even 100’s in September, but I love the feeling of energy in the air!!
I am determined to not be undermined by the holiday season this year. But I am in no way skipping the Pumpkin Spice Lattes! In fact it might not be so bad to enjoy a piece of Pumpkin Bread and a Pumpkin Spice Latte instead of eggnog, ice cream, or baking which is much worse (and usually comes in much larger quantities!!).

おはようございます。ロスまで1900マイルまで接近し、再び離れていくエオラスより。
昨日は南下を開始してから、風がどんどん落ちてしまいました。うねりとローリングでグラングランの船内。セールを小さくしあきらめじっとする夜でした。
(今も7ノットのそよ風の中3ノットでゆっくりゆっくり南下しています。)
一夜明けて・・・・・・
晴れました。いや〜久しぶりです。何日ぶりか忘れるぐらい久しぶりの晴れ間です。
ずーとずーと霧雨のような天気がつづき、かといって雨水集合装置はぜんぜん取水できないような天気、船の中はずっとじめじめでした。
浮かれていたふたりには残念な天気の変化だったのですが、寛平さんもすごくしっかりしていてぜんぜん動揺していません。
天気が好転したときから「もう一回なんかあるで〜」と動物的勘がむずむずしていたようですし、僕は僕で、いや〜まだまだわかりませんよ〜っと半分笑いながら寛平さんと話をずっとしていました。40日を越える航海で、自然とサイクルがあってきて、すこしは「予知」の力がついたのかもしれません。大潮の日必ず産卵するサンゴ、そしてその満潮で必ず産卵にくるクサフグ、台風の前にはいなくなる磯周りの生き物などなど、自然界には普通に「予知」があたりまえのように備わった、能力なんですもんね。
そしてこの写真。
ずっと太平洋横断が成功した際に「この写真」をブログの最後にしようと思って残していました。だんだん字が薄くなるので早めに撮っておかないと・・・・と撮影したものです。けど今回の急転回があり、「そんなもん用意するもんやない！ありのままを伝えればいいのだ！」と改心しアップしました。
僕たちふたりはこのコップで「お茶」「ハチミツ入りお茶」「薬を飲む水」「作業の後渇いた喉を潤す水」「コーンスープ」「クラムチャウダー」「砂糖入りコーヒー」「コンデンスミルク入りコーヒー」「ブラックコーヒー」「エスプレッソコーヒー」「フォー入りトムヤンクン」「青海鮮白湯スープ」「梅干茶」「昆布茶」「いいちこ水割り」「梅酒」を飲んできました。これからもっと増えるでしょう。変わったところでは料理用日本酒の熱燗というのも登場しそうです。

・・・・・・・・・・こんな毎日です。
この後ひさしぶりに晴れたので写真を撮りました。回線が細いので一度に遅れませんがすぐに送ります！最高に笑えます。お題は「開き直る寛平！」です。こうご期待！
あっつ！忘れてました。スナック「エオラス」青春歌謡年鑑70年代総集編でした。
めげずに開きましたよ！昆布茶を飲みながら・・・。今回は全体的に弱い編成でした。
寛平さんともっとあったよな〜ヒットした曲！と首をかしげるぐらいでした。
ディスク1ではやはり「神田川」よくできていますね・・・。「あなたのやさしさがこわかった」この時代、素直にうれしいというより、すこしネガティブにつたえるこの日本人的哀愁！笑えます。そしてアレンジも含め「べたでおおー！」と関心したのが、小坂明子「あなた」。イントロが衝撃的な「学生街の喫茶店」、そしてフィンガーファイブのアキラの歌唱力のすごさと曲のわかりやすさ、しかも兄弟というよくできた企画に脱帽です。今日もやります。青春歌謡年鑑70年代総集編ディスク２。
しかも今日は17日、一週間の禁酒が終了です。残り１ケースのビールの封を切ります。
「やったービールが飲めるぞ〜！」
人生こんなに丁寧にビールを飲むのは初めてです。中学生のときに親戚のおっさんに飲まされふらふらになったときの苦いビールの味が蘇ります！やっほ〜。

I had a fantastic day with my sisters. We play in the box cars Lexi was space invader I was astronaut and she was trying destroy the world. After all the fun I was sweaty from my costume I had to take a bath, It was very pleasant sissy played elmo music we danced through he whole bathroom routine. I got into my new Pj mommie got me. I look like a baby Jedi, Eventually we all headed to the movie room to chill and relax. the pillows in there are SUPER COMFY!! So after my nap I ended up upstairs in the living room trying break free from the cage with my trusty Jedi screwdriver.

久しぶりの晴れ間の中、時愛喜号は元気に進んでいます。
写真にはうまく写せませんでしたが、先ほど虹まで出ました！
そんななか、一歩ずつ近づいてくる日本を目の前にして、なぜか寛平さんが悩んでいる様子。
どうしたんですか？と聞いてみると・・・。
「携帯電話の電波が届かないから、ツイッターが打てないんや。1月2日と1月3日生まれの人たち、ホントごめんなさい。電波がつながったら、しっかりおめでとうさせてもらうで〜って、ブログに書いておいてや〜」
事務局からの電話連絡で、この公式ブログやツイッターにたくさんの皆さんからのメッセージが寄せられていることを聞いた寛平さん、荒れて寒く冷たい海の上では本当に励まされています。
ツイッターのフォロワーの皆さんも、電波がつながったその時、寛平さんの第一声を楽しみにしていてください！

'Stop the Great Fuel Robbery' protest at Dept. Of Energy - 16.02.2013
A coalition of campaign groups gathered on 16th Feb 2013 at the Dept. of Energy and Climate Change on Whitehall to protest against ongoing excessive fuel price rises and proposed cuts in Winter Fuel Payments. Millions of poor, sick or disabled people are already experiencing extreme fuel poverty as they are faced with the stark choice of either eating or keeping warm, and deaths by hypothermia amongst disabled benefit claimants, pensioners and the sick have increased alarmingly as subsistence benefits are slashed by David Cameron's government.
Groups represented at the protest were UK Uncut, Fuel Poverty Action, Disabled People Against Cuts (DPAC), Disabled Activists Network (DAN,) WinVisible, Greater London Pensioner's Association, Global Women's Strike and All African Women's Group.
As a grand finale the protesters set up a blockade of wheelchairs - one with someone handcuffed to a wheel - across one carriageway of Whitehall, disrupting Southbound traffic for over an hour before peacefully dispersing.
