One of the first perennials to show in the garden, caught in bright sunlight and no wind, allowing me to get in close with a macro set on a tripod.

You will always be able to see what someone is truly feeling by simply peering into their eyes.
I've had this photo idea in mind for quite some time. Take the extra minute to see if those who you know are truly okay, and if they aren't help them out. To much pain saturates the world, and it is from our own blindness that it continues to rise.

In full bloom for only a short time while it's relatively cool in spring. These are in my front yard.
Usually I see graffiti that could use some practice in lettering, but this was a surprising sight while driving by.
One of my very favorite flowers, done in origami. I designed this for an upcoming publication. I photoshopped the color-change because I didn't have pink/white paper, but the folding sequence does produce an actual color change...if you happen to have the right paper.
The version shown is folded from a single, 15" square of Origamido paper. See some photos of the actual plant here:
Having lived a university shooting in Montreal where 14 engineering female students lost their lives, I can just imagine what those families & friends feel "A bleeding heart" that will never stop bleeding. R.I.P

Some people are afraid of what they might find if they try to analyze themselves too much, but you have to crawl into your wounds to discover where your fears are. Once the bleeding starts, the cleansing can begin.

It's easy to see the origin of bleeding heart's common name when you get a look at its heart-shape pink or white blooms with a protruding tip at the base of the heart. They grow best in partial to full shade in moist, well-drained soil. Some types bloom only in spring and others bloom spring, summer, and fall, provided temperatures aren't too high.
I thank you for the views and comments, have a wonderful day!
