On checking the RHS website I noticed this plant is listed as Lamprocapnos spectabilis.
I've been taking macros of our "bleeding heart" plants, as the flowers develop. Here are a few of my shots.
Within a few sunny and warm days my bleeding heart started to bloom. :-)

Mackinac Island - is an island and resort area, covering 4.35 square miles in land area located in the state of Michigan. No motorized vehicles are permitted with the exception of scooters for the handicapped. Even Amazon packages are delivered by horse drawn carriage.
Not as tall as usual because of our very dry spring it is covered with bloom. I love this old fashioned flower :)

Lamprocapnos spectabilis (bleeding heart or Asian bleeding-heart) is a species of flowering plant in the poppy family Papaveraceae, native to Siberia, northern China, Korea and Japan. It is the sole species in the monotypic genus Lamprocapnos, but is still widely referenced under its old name Dicentra spectabilis (now listed as a synonym). It is valued in gardens and in floristry for its heart-shaped pink and white flowers, borne in spring.

From my Father's garden - my first in person visit to my parents since Christmas 2019, due to lockdowns, travel and gathering restrictions and worries over infection.

One of the first perennials to show in the garden, caught in bright sunlight and no wind, allowing me to get in close with a macro set on a tripod.
