We love Blame Sally. This group kinda sorted started in San Luis. Pam Delgado played with Jill Knight and then Jill's Knight Out. She met Jeri (second from left) in SF and they started Blue Water Triplets, and lemme tell you we love us some BWT. And then that expanded to Blame Sally. Each one of these women wrote songs and sang. They were great. A Rebel favorite.

you should not blame the wind for revealing them to the trees."

So because I am keeping yesterday's photo as completely private, I figured I would post a random one from my "finalized goodness" folder.
I was having difficulty deciding whether or not to come home this weekend. All of my heart wanted to and I was full on planning to until a few girls in the cast decided to plan a potluck supper for Saturday. Though I would have loved to go to it and really didn't want to miss a cast bonding party, I knew I would have been miserable if I didn't go home. So, I came home yesterday. And now, I am doubly glad I did because the potluck supper ended up getting canceled. Imagine if I had stayed on campus & it was canceled...I would have been even worse off.
My mom says tomorrow we're going to sit down and have a big talk. The way she said it makes it sound like I am in trouble. Maybe she didn't mean it to sound that way but it came across like that. Well, we'll see tomorrow morning for sure.
I'm not sure I can stomach a big talk.
I'm so tired of having to talk. Of having to lay it all out and down for everyone because if I don't, they take it personal. If I don't, I leave people hurt and disappointed in me. And if I don't, I feel like they think I'm making excuses. And well, maybe I need to make excuses. I need to excuse myself for not being able to handle the simplest of things anymore. I need to excuse myself for crying for two hours at my surprise party. For cutting conversations short because I can feel my mind drifting. For dodging people, get-togethers, appointments and meetings. For tearing up in math class. At work. On the bus. In the apartment.
Whatever. We'll see what tomorrow brings. This was just a vent. Sorry.

Today November 25th 2015 I spoke with Woodside’s staff about the many fallen stones and if vandals or strong winds was to blame.
I was shocked to find out Woodside have been ordered to topple over 100 stones due to health and safety concerns.
Early this year a small boy playing in a Glasgow cemetery was killed by a fallen stone. This has resulted in the crazy if not blasphemous decision by the nana state to topple any and all stones that are leaning, wobbling or of the soil around the base of the brickwork under the head stone is showing.
This in now way is the decision of Woodside but the over reaction of health and safety to desecrate the private property of the families who own the grave plots. What’s worse some stones no longer have families to fight for their rights.
Woodside is my most favourite cemetery and to see so many stones down is disgracefully, but to see stones that could have out lasted most of us deliberately vandalised due to health and safety is f###### disgusting.
We can find millions for EU migrants, illegal and refugees housing and other benefits, but cant create work gangs and jobs to refurbish the stones of Woodside.
Plus if this is happening to Woodside you can bet your arse its happening all over Scotland. What’s worse!…… Whose stones next to be pushed over in case people unlawfully climb over it only for it to fall down and kill themselves due to carelessness.
I tried to confirm the info with the office who where closed? Though I’m sure it was over 100 stones taken down just given the amount of photos I took and I never went round the entire grave yard.

Having happened across Aroe's new piece 'Lo Riders' as Aroe finished in the dark last Saturday i was quite keen to get the chance to take it in daylight. NOPE! some clever clogs parking enforcement had stuck their parking enforcement notice straight across the jockeys face!!!!
Blame It On The Weathergirl.
The extremes they go to, just to make their forecasts accurate. Tsk.

The Broken Window - a crime thriller novel by Jeffery Deaver (2008).
In the book, a killer has access to the world's greatest data miner called Strategic Systems Datacorp. He is using detailed information to commit crimes and blame them on innocents.
Very interesting story.
One from my 'moon' series with Tasku. It is certainly because of my moon obsession that I wanted to do this photoshoot, hence the title.
'Blame it on the Moon'; nothing to do with the photo but another song by one of my favourite singers, Katie Melua.
I used flash with this one, I put the flash on manual (though for some reason the exif data says auto) and set it to 1/64 power. I still had some light coming from the right through the garage window. I didn't change my camera settings which was a mistake, as I blew the moon out completely which I didn't want on this shot. I'm sure there is a way to expose the moon correctly and still light Tasku with the flash but my frazzled brain can't work it out. Anyway, I had taken a separate shot of the moon, so I combined the two.

I blame a Flickr Friend for this. (You know who you are, Anton.) I found it in a little camera shop in Cali. They didn't want much for it and I talked them down by half. The day I saw it, it didn't have any batteries in it and the only FX lens I had with me was a big, heavy 16-35mm f/4.
So when I came back, I had 4 AA batteries, a roll of TMAX 100 and my 35mm f/2 in my pocket. I waited almost two hours for them to process the TMAX (badly, I might add) and I had to look at the images with a loupe. It seemed to perform quite well all through the shutter and aperture ranges and the metering seemed accurate.
So it just followed me home. What can I say?
3/31/09 - I've just been so frustrated with everyone and everything since this week started! I don't like being touched, loud voices, or anything of the sort. Blah, I need a chill pill.
Sorry it's so similar to yesterday's. :/
