Bit of a bump on today ... with a very enthusiastic offshore wind.
Dropped out to Bass Point on the way home this afternoon to take in the action.
I never tire of a big ocean with the wind and light creating fantastic shapes in the waves and spume.
This one reminded me of a dragon rushing the shoreline.

For something a bit different a sealion I met in our harbour a few days ago. He or she was about 1 meter away and not shy. Fortunately I was on a wharf and a bit out of reach of those teeth.
Thanks very much for visiting down in Dunedin, NZ
I hope I am not the only one who is happy that summer is coming to an end. This summer was exceptionally HOT where I live. I am not a fan of the heat. I also think I can speak for just about anyone when I say, we are close to another season and year ending. I am super excited for autumn and all that is autumn in Second Life. It is not only my favorite season in RL but here also. Sweaters and jeans, boots and leggings and all the autumn colors that come with it.
This land was a piece i have been working on for the last week or so. I decorate when I need to just let go of RL and the things that are bothering me.
I went to the L2 Studio sim for a bit of inspiration when I wanted to compliment Miss Lindini Lane on her choices of Decor. Simply adore her shabby chic style. I happened to come upon this build; The Writers Shed. I have been to this sim many times and I had never seen it. So happy I had because it was so lovely to decorate. Not only that, Miss Lane was so gracious, she offered it to me as a gift ♥ So thank you again for your generous gift!
You might be able to tell, the inside is packed full of amazing decor. While this home is small, it is fabulous to decorate for any person who loves decor as much as me.
There are a few items I would like to spotlight. TBF- The Black Forest is in this round of Cosmopolitan with an amazing set. I especially like the Kerosene Lamp, it comes with different options as well as being able to carry it with a bento pose. Check out this item and the others he has just inside the entrance this round starting Monday September the 7th.
There also may be a few items listed that you can't see. This is because a lot of them might be in the garden shed or just inside the home. I will try to sift them out before I post, just know I did the best I can ♥
A full inventory of items is listed below, enjoy! ♥

Bit like Goldilocks & the Three Bears, we had a choice of five bedrooms at the cottage! :-) William, our little grandson chose the posh bedroom with the two singles in the middle pic. Why have one bed, when you've got the choice of two! He had the best view of the donkeys in the morning too!
:-)
I've only just discovered how to create the bokeh effect, and am enjoying experimenting. Everything is very green though, I'm looking forward to getting some more variation in colour.

I'm really enjoying these night shots, I've managed to find a few dingy alleys that look pretty cool.
... Drift found a new ball … somewhere in my neighbourhood a father has to buy his sloppy kid a new one … once Drift puts his teeth in it, it's no longer suitable for soccer anyway … it took Drift a lot of efford to take this ball home, it's a bit big for his mouth and he did'nt get any help from me (way too slimy lol) ...

Something a bit local to me - because Colindale Avenue was recently closed eastbound at Colindale Station, the 204 had to be diverted on Montrose Avenue, but in order to serve a stop close to Colindale Station, it was routed back towards Grahame Park Way, then turning round at the roundabout behind me to rejoin the line of route. So, 204s's were serving this short section of road in both directions for a couple of weeks only.
The background has changed completely since 2015, so this is also a good view of the altered landscape at the southern end of Grahame Park, which underwent a regeneration around that time.

A bit of manipulation on anotther pinkie from RHS Wisley, October. Not much time to polish it further so it looks a bit half way to me. Oh, time....
Have a great Sunday with lots of free time my friends and thanks for your comments!
Doing every bit of 25 mph, MNA train KCMNA-05 approaches 215th St. on the MNA Nevada Sub at Ore on its way to Harrisonville, where eventually another crew will take the train south towards its ultimate destination at Carthage, MO. Today, they have 41 loads and seven empties totaling 4,037 tons that they're bringing back with them from UP's Neff Yard in Kansas City, MO.
The train has three units today including an SD40-2 in RailTex paint accompanied by an SD45T-2 and another SD40-2 wearing SP and BN paint scheme respectively. The lead unit, MNA No. 4081, was originally built for the MOP 45 years ago this month, and it's right at home here on former MOP territory. 3/5/20.
Playing with picasa tell me if it looks bad I know the pics a little blurry but it was the best I could do hanging off of a fence with camera in hand
Something a little bit different from me with an image taken just over a week ago while doing a bit of light painting in a disused railway tunnel near Rowsley. We had gone down in the middle of the day and with the tunnel being almost 1000M long there was plenty of areas where the light didn't penetrate but also several places where the light flooded in, this section was about half way down the tunnel and gave us some lovely shafts of light (the result of smoke from our light painting 😉) so I couldn't resist a quick selfie looking up into the sun.(Olympus EM-1 mk2 7-14mm f/2.8 pro 1/10 f/6.3 @ 12mm)
A bit of trail near my favorite section of the Prairie river that I'd never seen before. It doesn't go far into the woods, but it's pretty cute.
I still can't believe how small this little one was in March, just a few days out of mom, Ellaroo's pouch. Definitely the tiniest koala joey I've ever seen - so new & fresh out of the oven! And now, still small, and as cute as can be, two months older and so much fluffier and filled out.
The first view is at about 6 months old, since that's when a joey first emerges from the pouch. They have a lot of developing to do during that time since they're only the size of a raisin at birth. That would make this joey about 8 months old now, in the second photo.
There are so many adorable babies to ooh and awe over at the Zoo this Spring! My heart is smiling!
