This is definately a "Bird Of Prey" flying in front of these trees, although I have NO idea what kind... They nested in the Tulip Poplars that line the creek on my farm.

This Merlin Falcon is up in a tree in my backyard!!

Apparently this is a Juvenile Red Shouldered Hawk. Thanks for helping me out! (all the way from the Netherlands on top of that).
