Doreys Quarry, Dorset

I spotted these two red tailed hawks on my way to Clearlake, California. When I first saw them they were perched on top of that pole. By the time I got my camera out and started to focus in on them they decided to take off and I snapped the pic quick. This is what I ended up with.

I was on the boat that was taking us in to Kerala Backwaters. After a while, we reached a spot where few fishermen were catching fishes with their bare hands. Also, we observed these birds of prey looking for an opportunity. This photograph is like a moment for me when these two are looking at each other like there is some sort of competition going on.

This was the calmer of the two

last minute afternoon out.. arrived in time for the last demo of the day (3pm)
