nice to get some shots from the hide across the woodland I quite often lose them in this area and get blurry shots
A trip to the Leeds Wildlife Sparrowhawk hide in Leeds, North Yorshire, UK this week proved very fruitful with multiple visits from a juvenile male and a single visit on the day from a very hansome adult male :-}

The Osprey (Pandion haliaetus), sometimes known as the Sea Hawk, Fish Eagle or Fish Hawk, is a diurnal, fish-eating bird of prey. It is a large Raptor, reaching more than 24 inches (60 cm) in length and a 71 inches (180 cm) wingspan. It is brown on the upper parts and predominantly greyish on the head and under parts, with a black eye patch and wings. In 1994, the osprey was declared the provincial bird of Nova Scotia, Canada.

Marsh Harrier - Circus aeriginosus
a couple from the car window coming home from work its lovely to see the red kites getting more common in Suffolk just need a bit of sunshine next time
Sunnyvale, CA. Two local cooper`s hawks are nesting in the neighborhood and spending a lot of time in the trees near the streets, providing some excellent views for passerbys.
This beauty was busy hunting with it's partner and noisy offspring.

The Bald Eagles provided us with a great nature show. Flying in the morning light at the Atascadero Waste Water Treatment Plant. One caught a coot for breakfast while the other watched and flew around the area. I do enjoy getting a little red in my nature images 😀 It was a good morning!

went to island mere hide for the but only a couple of fleeting views but the marsh harriers showed well right in front of us but the light was terrible so with a high iso still struggled for sharp images
