Looking down at a bench on the promenade. There are two levels at the end of the promenade nearest us, so you can look down.

I took this shot a few months back. Not many wildflowers around right now..;( I finally finished paining the inside today. To save money, I agreed to do the trim, baseboards and cabinets. So, the painters finished last week..:) It looks pretty good. The grey on the walls had more blue in than I expected, but I'm ok with it. I was going to paint the cabinet a blue grey but changed my mind and painted them white.

This was on the bench at Plymouth Hoe so I thought I'd give it a little bit of attention with a long lens and shallow depth. I like that you can see some colour in the sky reflecting on the front of the ornamental piece.
One of several benches on the 2.5 mile (4km) looped walk around the John F Kennedy Arboretum in Co. Wexford. The collection of Hemlock of trees is off to the right here HBM!
Photographing all the benches in the whole 600 acre arboretum would be an interesting project in the coming year perhaps? (Brain immediately retorts - this is a mad idea, have a large glass of wine & calm down 😂)

This bench has caused me endless problems. I've tried a 100 & 1 times to get a photo of it, but every photo has been binned. The ISO has been way too high and not worth keeping.
Went past it again yesterday twice and finally caught it in decent light, which brought the ISO right down.

With 55F temps it was a fabulous day for a ride to the lake!
From this bench you have a very nice view above Lago del Sambuco.
The weather, even if many people wouldn't describe it as good, was simply beautiful.
