4:00 a.m. A couple of these spiders have persisted in making webs in the deep windowsills of the building at work. I cannot even say how glad I am they're outside; if I saw one of these things inside, I think I'd scream and run away.

There are not toilet at home in the old block, so people needs a spittoon in the house for..., then goes to Public convenience.....,But a chinese restaurant ahead....

I've always wanted to take photos from on top of the Behavioral Sciences balcony, but never had my camera. Since I took my camera to class with me on Thursday, I figured that I might as well take a 4 flight hike to the top and get a good panorama. Some things to point out, the building on the left is the building I work in, the Education building, and the building on the right is the Clark building that has the largest classroom on campus. In the distance behind the building in the center (which is Eddy, the literature building) is the Library, and behind the library, you can see the 2 blue cranes that are constructing Engineering 2, on the other side of campus. i'm so typical when it comes to new toys, i crave them, beg for them and then when they arrive, i ignore them for weeks, as if i got my fill and now im on to the next toy in need

case in point final cut studio, i begged for this studio package with all the trimmings, and now weeks later due to project demands im in it, using it for the first time, cold feet from the avid world into final cut pro

i think i can transition ok

i would of been nice if final cut could of asked me "hey are you an avid editor?" and i could say yes and itd auto map my keys

its amazing what keymapping can do for confidence in a tool, ive had to do it by hand and its been ok,

with key mapping done, i feel like i can really edit lol

For the most part I detest video cameras but this was one time I really wished I had been carrying one. It was hilarious and a still picture just doesn't quite capture the moment. Maybe if my timing had been better but....

I had been watching this Magpie from a distance and wondering just why in the heck it kept running to newly parked cars. Then I got closer and found out.. It has learned that car bumpers are places where it really easy to catch bugs so it was running to each new car looking for lunch.

Muhlenberg College made an awesome catalog for the show!

My instructions for this photo were "go stand by that fence." (No, he's not actually beating her with a bottle of water in a sock, but that was the effect he was going for.)

On May 17, 2016, I dropped by Gray's Crossing in Ballston Spa, New York, USA,, after a led walk at nearby Woods Hollow. It was a fairly short loop trail near Kayaderasseras Creek, with various plants & lots of bird song! One of six images. We are starting to get bug life! These two were doing what comes naturally. Looked like some kind of fly. Anyone good for ID?
