Introducing Fluffy, the puppet who's not so fluffy anymore. Beloved sleeping pal for many years. As ratty as he is, I can't bring myself to get rid of him.

Lazy shot after coming home at 9pm. Now off to bed. Lit with Speedlite in 8"x12" soft box at 80ish degree angle.

Remember today, for it is the beginning of always. Today marks the start of a brave new future filled with all your dreams can hold. Think truly to the future and make those dreams come true.

These words and photo represent so much to me today as today marks the official end of my 11 year marriage.

Here's to beautiful amazing second chapters.

This photo was inspried by a contact of mine named 3rd foundation. His photos are always so rich and saturated so well. He has given out his secret for this to those who use PhotoShop, but since I use Paint Shop Pro (for now) I've had to do some figuring. (not much, because the ideas are the same for both programs pretty much).

I don't believe I have the exact formula matched, nor do I have this Holga script they speak of...but I'm working on it. :)

Delphine Nadiali, a friend met at Sadjo Diallo's corner, is a coiffeuse. Mike had been looking for a haircut, and Delphine seemed confident she could cut toubab hair. Mike pressed on confidently, even when she arrived without scissors...

Sometimes, you find the right person at the wrong time. Sometimes it is the wrong person at the right time. But when you find the right person, at the right time, in the right situation, it is because you are meant to be together. You feel complete. Fate has grabbed both of your hands. Don't let go.

Yes, this is only the beginning. Until we have some answers, more and more soldiers will be executed by horrors far worse.

Beginning Fall: I dug out one og my older cameras - just because I didn't want to carry a lot. So I came across that 60mm APSC lens, that I don't use a lot. Today that seemed to be a good choice, I got some nice shots although it was a walk with my partner, and she does not like to wait an hour until I have finished my composition ... ;-) I'm sure many photographers know that.

This is a photo from the view of the Trump Winery in Virginia. Politics aside, the Trump Winery had one of the most surreal views I've ever seen in my life. This picture doesn't do it justice. It literally looked fake in real life. This picture to me represents new beginnings, and new experiences. Traveling to Virginia was a fantastic experience and it showed me a whole side of the country that I have never seen before.
