Ages ago I was carrying around a "new" film camera and trying to get the hang of the thing. I was planning to shoot fireworks in B&W and develop them myself. I was sooooo excited, must have taken nearly the whole roll of film on fireworks. Got home and developed only to find I had shot them all at 2.6ft focus instead of infinite focus. Here are the results :-) When I developed these, I was embarrassed. Now, I am proud :-) HBW!
Drawing Anime Neko Anime Drawing Tutorial for Beginners. My Video Drawing (www.youtube.com/watch?v=lWHjqAj0nAI)
Yesterday we went into Central London. We had a glass of wine with lunch and popped into Camper where I bought my first pair of "proper" heels from Camper. Must have been all that drink because I can't walk in them at all (I bought my last pair of heels when we got married and after the ceremony took them off, staying barefoot for the rest of the day). Thankfully they are called beginner heels, so I am hoping get the hang of them soon.
Anyways, here is a pic of me looking at the sales window of Paul Smith.
Afterwards we went to the Canaletto who used a wide angle lens and lots of filters...and a touch of HDR with oodles of dodging and burning.
Meet the brand new book, Book Folding for Beginners and Beyond by Beth Dounane-Oldrich. Folded books are such a popular search term, I'm guessing many of you will be curious to see the patterns Beth included in addition to this heart trio: bit.ly/3sTXU9A
Beth also has an Etsy shop, Patterny Books, where she sells book folding patterns separately. She creates custom designs too, at a very reasonable price: tidd.ly/3pQjk5v

A very kind friend sent me a collection of 'Beginner Swimmer' pins after seing a picture of my earlier piece. This pendant was just finished and will soon be made into a necklace. The bottom portion was cut from a vintage brass tissue box. The vintage Red Cross pin is set in a copper pipe bezel with resin.
