Friends of mine wanted some picture made for a Birthday present for their mother.
Using a roll of Savage Super White background paper I was having issues getting the background color the way I wanted it. I ended up putting the SB-600 w/Honl Gel BEHIND the paper and shooting through it. The tough part was getting the color burst where I wanted it in relation to the subject.

Here is one of my countertop studies of this exquisite pink gladiolus flower. This single flower was knocked off the gladiolus flower spike by the anti-frost cover, formerly a bedsheet, that we wrapped over a string of pots in my backyard garden yesterday, Monday, evening.
This photo is in the style of Georgia O’Keeffe.
Trying out purple background instead of my usual grey.....hehe...it is actually the purple bedsheets in my bedroom!...LOL! Turned out to be a really pretty background for my photo!!

The sun rises over ‘In Memoriam’ at Sandbanks beach, Poole, Dorset.
The giant flags are made from bedsheets and represent hose who have passed away from COVID-19.
Arranged in the shape of a red cross, ‘In Memoriam’ also pays tribute to the brave NHS staff members and volunteers who continue to risk their lives during this pandemic.
