Trefor Beach is situated on the north coast of the picturesque Llyn Peninsula. Set in front of the little fishing village of Trefor the beach here has a spectacular backdrop of the mountains of Snowdonia.
Another from last Saturday on Murlough Beach. I spent a while using the waves as leading lines, skipping away if they got too keen.
Have a great weekend!
Not many waves, not many people and dog reluctantly follows its owner into the surf. Overcast winter Sunday morning at Currumbin Beach with Currumbin Rock and Surfers Paradise in the background.

Today at 'The Beach' on Botany Bay, Sydney.
Main north-south runway, Sydney (Mascot) Airport.
Near Kyeemagh and the Cooks River.

So today I had to travel for work to Monterey on the far side of Sydney. The return journey takes you past the airport on General Holmes Drive (or, actually, under the runways in a tunnel, lol)
But before you enter the tunnel you can exit onto a side road and access a beach on Botany Bay known as 'The Beach'. This allows you to photograph planes as they land and take-off, etc. This is something I have never done before!!
So here's The Steve Miller Band with their song 'Big Jet Airliner' from the 1970s:

The shadow of the Big Wheel or Ferris wheel if you are American falls across the beach. It occurred to me that now that all restrictions have been lifted it will be quite difficult to take this shadow with the beach so empty since (obviously) it only occurs in the afternoon. I guess as summer wanes and people leave the beach earlier, then it may be easier.
