Cortez Island. The Island is beautiful and the lunch we had at Squirrel Cove was so perfect. Tempura battered spot prawns, Prawn cocktail with vodka, small scallop ceviche, and the craziest was the Panko crumb crusted deep fried dill pickles :0) The beach had abundant oysters, clams and Sea Asparagus. We picked some of the Sea Asparagus and had it for dinner. Yumm!
The image is about the size of the oyster:-)
Moruya Main Beach - processed to try to capture the soft feel of of a deserted beach on a still morning. I didn't manage to capture the dolphins jumping out of the ocean behind the birds :(
The light and clouds were really coming together this morning. I need to come back and explore a little more down the beach.

My recent trip included a brief visit to the beach. I was delighted at how the ocean color ranged from clear aqua to deep blue. This photo really fit today's theme color, Blue, for the Beyond Layers Group.
